摘  要:蒸气压缩式除湿装置被广泛应用于小容量除湿场合,但其蒸发温度低于出风露点温度导致除湿装置运行效率不高。为提升能效,提出了一种采用非共沸制冷剂的新型除湿系统。该系统用一个单转子压缩机实现双蒸发温度和双冷凝温度。对不同工况下新型除湿系统和常规除湿系统的性能进行了实验研究,结果显示:与R134a常规除湿系统相比,采用R407C的新型除湿系统的单位功耗除湿量增大了4.3%~14.0%,采用R32/R1234ze(E)(30%/70%)的新型除湿系统的单位功耗除湿量增大了9.7%~27.2%。Vapor compression dehumidifiers are widely used in small-capacity dehumidification occasions,but their evaporating temperature is lower than the dew point temperature of supply air,resulting in low operating efficiency of the dehumidifier.To improve energy efficiency,a new dehumidification system using non-azeotropic refrigerant is proposed.The system uses a single rotor compressor to achieve dual evaporating and dual condensing temperatures.The performances of the new dehumidification system and the conventional dehumidification system under different working conditions are experimentally studied.The results show that compared with the R134a conventional dehumidification system,the dehumidification capacity per unit power consumption of the new dehumidification system using R407C is increased by 4.3%to 14.0%.The dehumidification capacity per unit power consumption of the new dehumidification system using R32/R1234ze(E)(30%/70%)is increased by 9.7%to 27.2%.
