摘　　要：本文回顾了2021年7月28日临沂市龙门水库险情及抢险过程。得到几点启示:一是科学实施大坝除险加固,做好大坝坝端来水、截水、排水措施,防止冲刷大坝;二是加强运行管护,加强巡查责任人业务培训,强化落实水雨情测报;三是建立高效的抢险调度指挥体系,确保防汛道路畅通,做好抢险应急物资储备;四是对于已发生液化的滑坡情形,要坚持“先降水后修复”的思路,避免对出险部位造成扰动。This paper reviews the dangerous situation and rescue process of Longmen Reservoir in Linyi Municipality on July 28,2021.The inspirations are:firstly,scientific reinforcement and drainage measures prevent erosion to dam;Secondly,strengthen operation management and protection,strengthen the professional training of inspection responsible persons,and strengthen the implementation of water and rain situation measurement and report;Thirdly,establish an efficient emergency dispatch and command system to ensure that flood control,and make preparations for emergency supplies reserve;Fourth,for the landslide with liquefaction,it should be"drainage before repair"to avoid the disturbance to the dangerous part.
