摘 要:为实现对室内CH、CO_(2)和CO有害气体的检测,基于物联网平台和非分光红外检测法(NDIR),设计了新型结构紧凑的三组分气体无线检测装置。提出单光路四波长的探测系统结构,宽光谱红外光源IRL715和四通道热电堆探测器构成前端气体传感模块,并以ESP8266 WiFi MCU为控制核心,设计了含光源驱动与信号调理电路的一体化模块,有效减少了外设器件,实现了装置小型化。利用物联网平台,设计了远程数据传送的功能,最终实现在微信小程序界面对室内气体浓度进行实时监测。实验表明,该装置对0~2000 ppm浓度内的CH、CO_(2)和CO气体的测量精度可达到2.95%,能满足室内三组分气体浓度检测的需求。In order to realize indoor CH、CO_(2) and CO toxic gases detection,based on the IOT platform and NDIR,a new compact ternary gas wireless detection device was designed.A single optical path and four-wavelength structure was proposed.The wide-spectrum infrared light source IRL715 and a four-channel thermopile detector constituted a front-end gas sensor module,and used the ESP8266 WiFi MCU as the control core,an integrated module including light source driving and signal conditioning circuit was designed,it effectively reduced peripheral devices and the miniaturization of the device was relized.With the help of the IOT platform,the function of remote data transmission was designed,and finally the indoor gas concentration can be monitored in real time on the wechat applet interface.Experiments show that the accuracy of the device for CH、CO_(2) and CO gas in a concentration of 0~2000 ppm can reach 2.95%,which can meet the needs of indoor concentration monitoring of ternary gas.
