基于“心主不明”探讨心在肿瘤发生发展中的作用

摘　　要：心在中医藏象理论中被视为君主之官,能够主宰神明,协调脏腑,维系人体正常生命活动。心的功能特性贵在昌明,即“主明则下安”;而“心主不明”则导致“十二官危”,即心不能协调统领脏腑功能而危及生命,这可能与肿瘤发生及转移存在一定的联系。心脏分泌的心房钠尿肽是心行使君主之职、下传指令的物质基础之一,该激素与肿瘤细胞增殖、转移、肿瘤血管生成等恶性生物学行为亦有关。“心主不明”所致七情不节对肿瘤发病同样也有重要影响,情志失调还可能促进肿瘤复发、转移,并且负性情绪可能影响心房钠尿肽的分泌。因此在治疗肿瘤时除扶正解毒、抑瘤抗癌外,还应注意养心护心。养心类方剂及中药在肿瘤治疗中不仅能改善症状,也可调节抗肿瘤免疫。本研究结合中医理论与现代研究成果,基于“心主不明”探讨心及相关功能对肿瘤的影响,为中医治疗肿瘤增添新的理论依据与科学内涵。According to the visceral manifestation theory in traditional Chinese medicine,the heart is likened to a monarch,which governs mental activity,coordinates zang-fu organs,and supports life activities.It excels in obstructing and clearing.If the heart is abnormal in function,all the twelve organs will be in danger and cannot function well,inevitably resulting in severe damage of the body.This may be related to the occurrence and metastasis of tumor.The atrial natriuretic peptide secreted by the heart is one of the material foundations for governing the twelve organs.This hormone is related to various malignant biological behaviors such as tumor cell proliferation and metastasis,and angiogenesis.The intemperance of changes in seven emotions caused by“heart failing to control mental activity”also has important impact on the incidence of cancer.Emotional disorders may promote tumor recurrence and metastasis,and negative emotions may affect the secretion of atrial natriuretic peptide.Therefore,in the treatment of tumors,in addition to reinforcing healthy qi and detoxifying,suppressing tumors and anti-cancer,we should emphasize the nourishing and protection of the heart.The heart-nourishing formulas and medicinals can not only alleviate the symptoms but also adjust the anti-tumor immunity in the treatment of tumors.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern research outcomes,this study aims to discuss the influence of heart and heart functions on tumors based on“heart failing to control mental activity”,with a view to laying a theoretical basis for the treatment of tumors by traditional Chinese medicine.
