摘 要:电动汽车冷却液用于电动汽车的热管理系统,其地位越来越重要。电动汽车冷却液的性能与燃油汽车发动机冷却液的性能存在着较大的差异。为了推动新能源汽车的发展,解决燃油汽车与电动汽车共线生产模式对发动机冷却液与电动汽车冷却液的兼容性,对与电动汽车兼容的有机型发动机冷却液进行了研制。借助于成熟的发动机冷却液技术,并用测定铝合金再钝化电位的方法对缓蚀剂进行选择,得到了冷却液由2.0%的复合缓蚀剂(0.5%的单取代苯并三氮唑衍生物+0.5%的巯基苯并噻唑衍生物+0.3%的C7脂肪酸衍生物+0.4%的C8脂肪酸衍生物+0.3%的C13脂肪酸衍生物),20μg/g的阳离子染色剂,0.05%的聚醚消泡剂及基础液(51%的乙二醇+49%的水,余量)组成。在70℃与88℃时,冷却液的泡沫体积分别为50 mL和45 mL,消泡时间分别为2.2 s和1.2 s。玻璃器皿腐蚀试验(88℃±2℃,336 h±2 h)后紫铜,黄铜,钢,铸铁,焊锡及铸铝试片的失重依次为0.2 mg,0.3 mg,0.5 mg,0.6 mg,0.8 mg及0.6 mg,铝泵腐蚀9级,且分别通过了燃油汽车和电动汽车50 Mm行车试验。研制的冷却液具有良好的防腐蚀性,高低温泡沫特性和兼容性,可用于电动汽车热管理系统和燃油汽车发动机的冷却。Electric vehicle coolant was used in the thermal management system of electric vehicle,and its position was becoming more and more important.The performance of electric vehicle coolant was quite different from that of fuel vehicle engine coolant.In order to promote the development of new energy vehicles and solve the compatibility between engine coolant and electric vehicle coolant in the co-production mode of fuel vehicles and electric vehicles,the organic engine coolant that compatible with electric vehicles was developed.With the help of mature engine coolant technology and the method of measuring the repassivation potential of aluminum alloy,the corrosion inhibitor was selected.The coolant was obtained by 2.0%complex corrosion inhibitor(0.5%monosubstitutedbenzotriazole derivative+0.5%mercaptobenzothiazolederivative+0.3%C7 fatty acid derivative+0.4%C8 fatty acid derivative+0.3%C13 fatty acid derivative),20μg/g cationic dye,0.05%polyether defoamer and base fluid(51%ethylene glycol+49%water,balance).At 70℃and 88℃,the foam volume of the coolant was 50 mL and 45 mL respectively,and the defoaming time was 2.2 s and 1.2 s respectively.After the glassware corrosion test(88℃±2℃,336 h±2 h),the weight loss of red copper,brass,steel,cast iron,solder and cast aluminum test pieces was 0.2 mg,0.3 mg,0.5 mg,0.6 mg,0.8 mg and 0.6 mg respectively.The corrosion of aluminum pump was grade 9,and passed the 50 Mm driving test of fuel vehicle and electric vehicle respectively.The developed coolant had good anti-corrosion performance,high and low temperature foam characteristics and compatibility,and could be used for thermal management system of electric vehicle and the cooling of fuel vehicle engine.(Chart1 Tables5 References2)
