摘  要:现用的普通炮用润滑脂存在滴点偏低,氧化安定性较差,稠度波动大等缺陷,这些问题可能导致在苛刻使用环境下炮用润滑脂不能发挥有效的防护作用,为此对高滴点,抗氧化性能及防护性能良好的新型炮用润滑脂进行了研制。新型炮用润滑脂由40%的混合蜡(熔点>78℃的蜡34%+熔点>96℃的蜡6%)稠化剂,低凝点(凝点<-34℃)调合基础油及0.5%的复合抗氧剂(屏蔽酚+烷基苯胺)组成。研制的新型炮用润滑脂滴点高,抗低温脆裂性好,同时也具有良好的防护性能和抗氧化性能,可满足高低温环境条件下火炮身管中长期的防护要求。The existing common artillery grease had some defects,such as low dropping point,poor oxidation stability,large fluctuation of consistency and so on.These problems might lead to the failure of artillery grease to play an effective protective role in harsh service environment.Therefore,a novel grease for artillery with high dropping point,good anti-oxidative property and protection performance was developed.The novel grease for artillery was composed of 40%mixed wax(34%wax with melting point>78℃+6%wax with melting point>96℃)thickener,low pour point(pour point<-34℃)blended Stock and 0.5%complex antioxidant(hindered phenol+alkylaniline).The novel developed grease had high dropping point,good low-temperature frangibility,good protection and oxidation resistance,and could meet the medium and long-term protection requirements of artillery barrel under elevated and low temperature environment.
