摘 要:新能源汽车是我国战略性新兴行业之一,经过20多年的发展,其产销规模已跃居全球第一。随着电动汽车向着长续航里程,高能量密度的方向发展,液体冷却方式成为电动汽车热管理的重要发展趋势,热管理系统冷却液的市场容量也在迅猛增长。由于没有一个电动汽车冷却液的标准,很多电动汽车厂商直接将发动机冷却液用于电动汽车的热管理系统。但发动机冷却液在工况,接触材料等方面与电动汽车冷却液存在着较大的差异,因此有必要制定一个符合电动汽车要求的冷却液标准,以便为电动汽车的战略发展提供有力的技术支撑。《电动汽车冷却液》:NB/SH/T6047—2021标准已于2021年11月16日颁布,对标准的制定,技术指标及方法等进行了说明。电动汽车冷却液标准的颁布,可以最大限度地确保动力电池的使用寿命,规范电动汽车冷却液的质量,促进电动汽车冷却液的有序发展,必将产生明显的经济效益和社会效益。New energy vehicles were one of the strategic emerging industries in China.After more than 20 years of development,its production and marketing scale had jumped to the first in the world.With the development of electric vehicles towards long mileage and high energy density,liquid cooling had become an important development trend of electric vehicles thermal management,and the market capacity of thermal management system coolant was also growing rapidly.Since there was no standard for electric vehicle coolant,many electric vehicle manufacturers directly used engine coolant in the thermal management system of electric vehicles.However,there were great differences between engine coolant and electric vehicle coolant in working conditions and contact materials.Therefore,it was necessary to formulate a coolant standard that met the requirements of electric vehicles in order to provide strong technical support for the strategic development of electric vehicles.“Electric Vehicle Coolant”:NB/SH/T6047—2021 standard was promulgated on November 16,2021.The formulation of standards,technical indicators and methods were described.The promulgation of electric vehicle coolant standard could ensure the service life of power battery to the greatest extent,standardize the quality of electric vehicle coolant,promote the orderly development of electric vehicle coolant,and would produce obvious economic and social benefits.
