摘 要:设计了一种适用于超高频(Ultra High Frequency,UHF)频段射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)系统的圆极化阵列天线。天线单元使用印刷电路板(PCB)形式的四臂螺旋天线以减小天线阵的尺寸,通过控制4个螺旋臂的激励端口的相位来实现左旋或者右旋圆极化,采用幅度呈二项式分布的激励源对天线单元馈电以有效地抑制旁瓣。实测结果表明,该阵列天线在920~925 MHz频段范围内电压驻波比(VSWR)小于1.37,右旋和左旋的圆极化轴比小于2 dB,增益大于5 dB,旁瓣抑制大于16 dB,这些性能较好地满足RFID应用系统对天线的要求。A circularly polarized array antenna is proposed for Ultra High Frequency(UHF)band radio frequency identification(RFID)system.Four-arm spiral antenna in the form of printed circuit board(PCB)is used to reduce the size of the antenna array.The left or right-hand circular polarization is achieved by controlling the phase of the excitation port of the four spiral arms.The excitation signal with amplitude which shows binomial distribution is used to feed the antenna unit to suppress the side lobe.The experimental results show that the array antenna could work at 920~925 MHz.The Voltage Standing Wave Ratios(VSWR)are less than 1.37.The right and left-hand circular polarization axis ratios and gains are less than 2 dB and larger than 5 dB respectively.The side lobe suppression is greater than 16 dB.The above-mentioned performance parameters show the proposed antenna is suitable for RFID application system.
