摘 要:通过隐身飞机表面电磁缺陷损伤样件(涂层损伤、结构缝隙和阶差)研究弱电磁散射源对飞机总体散射的影响,是隐身飞机设计及外场维护策略制定的一个重要手段,但对每件损伤样件边缘开展低散射处理,会造成较高的时间和制造成本,因此设计样件测试用的低散射载体是解决上述问题的最有效方法。提出以中心对称的半剖棱椎体参数化模型为基础的低散射载体设计优化思路,制作出一种空心低散射载体,可以将样件嵌套到低散射载体中开展电磁散射特性测试。载体的仿真和实测结果显示,该载体能够有效保证散射特性测试数据的准确性,提升研究效率,降低研究成本。An important method for the design of stealth aircraft and the development of external field maintenance standards is to study the influence of weak electromagnetic scattering sources on the aircraft’s overall scattering through surface electromagnetic defect damage samples(coating damage,structural gaps and step differences)of the stealth aircraft.However,carrying out low-scattering treatment on the edges of each damaged sample will lead to longer time and higher manufacturing costs.Therefore,designing a low-scattering carrier for sample testing is the most effective way to solve the above problems.A parametric model of a centrosymmetric semi-cut pyramid is proposed as the basis for the optimization of the low-scattering carrier design.A hollow low-scattering carrier is produced,and the sample can be embedded in the low-scattering carrier to test the electromagnetic scattering characteristics.The simulation and actual measurement results of the carrier show that the carrier can effectively ensure the accuracy of the scattering characteristics test,improve research efficiency and reduce research costs.
