摘 要:运用矢量有限元方法针对双侧鳍线的主模归一化截止波长、单模带宽和电场结构随模型变形而引起的改变展开研究,主要讨论了模型的8个边界均可出现变形,假设边界变形的幅度σ_(i)/a取值0.01~0.05。计算结果显示,双侧鳍线的变形均会对上述传输特性产生影响,就主模归一化截止波长和单模带宽而言,真空区域边界变形后呈减小趋势,而加载区域边界变形后呈现多种可能,就场结构而言,其影响主要集中在变形区域部分。这些数值计算结果为双侧鳍线在使用过程中出现变形时对整体器件传输特性的影响有较强的指导意义。The edge-based method is used to study the changes of the normalized cutoff wavelength of the dominant mode,single-mode bandwidth and electric field structure of bilateral finline with the deformation of the model.The eight boundaries of the model can be deformed,and the amplitude range of boundary deformation is assumed to be 0.01~0.05.The calculation results show that the deformation of bilateral finline will affect the above transmission characteristics.The normalized cutoff wavelength of dominant mode and single-mode bandwidth tends to decrease after the boundary deformation in the vacuum region,while there are many possibilities after the boundary deformation in the loading region.In terms of field structure,the influence is mainly concentrated in the deformation region.These numerical results provide strong guiding significance for the influence of bilateral finline deformation in the use process on the transmission characteristics of the whole device.
