《针灸大成》气海穴临床运用规律浅析

摘　　要：气海穴为临床常用治疗要穴,主治一切气机所致疾病,《针灸大成》一书中有较多关于气海穴的记载,笔者通过归纳整理书中相关记载,以期能为该穴现代临床应用提供些许理论依据。气海穴为任脉腧穴,元气之海,定位于脐下1.5寸,腹正中线上,治疗范围广泛,可治疗气机疾病、妇产科疾病、泌尿生殖系疾病、腹部疾病、神志病及水肿、吐血、痢疾等症,组方上既可单独使用亦可配伍他穴并用,临证需把握穴性,辨证选穴施治。Qihai acupoint is the most commonly used point in clinical acupoint for the treatment,mainly treating all diseases caused by qi mechanism.There are many records about Qihai acupoint in the book of"Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion".The author summarizes and sorts out the relevant records in the book,in order to provide some theoretical basis for the modern clinical application of this point.Qihai acupoint is renmai acupoint and the sea of vitality.It is located 1.5 inches below the umbilicus and on the midline of the abdomen.It has a wide range of treatment.It can treat qi machine diseases,gynecological and obstetric diseases,urogenital diseases,abdominal diseases,mental diseases,edema,hematemesis,dysentery and other diseases.It can be used alone or in combination with other acupoints.It is necessary to grasp the nature of acupoints and select acupoints according to syndrome differentiation.
