电子阴道镜检查在宫颈疾病诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析在宫颈疾病诊断过程中应用电子阴道镜检查的临床效果。方法:在2018年10月至2019年10月期间平顶山市妇幼保健院收治的宫颈疾病患者中随机选取340例作为研究对象,所有患者分别采用病理组织学检查与电子阴道镜检查,对宫颈疾病诊断工作中应用电子阴道镜所取得的检查效果进行分析并记录患者满意度。结果:340例宫颈疾病患者中,电子阴道镜对宫颈湿疣及宫颈癌检出率达100.00%。电子阴道镜对宫颈癌及宫颈湿疣的诊断效能均较高,而对宫颈炎症的诊断效能均低于其他宫颈疾病。患者对电子显微镜检查的总满意度为94.12%。结论:电子阴道镜检查对宫颈疾病诊断准确率较高,且患者的接受程度也较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of electronic colposcopy in cervical diseases diagnosis.Methods 340 cervical diseases patients admitted to Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects,All patients were examined by histopathology examination and electronic colposcopy respectively.The examination results obtained by the application of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical diseases were analyzed and the patient satisfaction was recorded.Results Among 340 cases of cervical diseases,the detection rate of electronic colposcope on cervical condyloma and cervical cancer was 100.00%.The diagnostic efficiency of electronic colposcope for cervical cancer and cervical condyloma is higher,but the diagnostic efficiency for cervical inflammation is lower than other cervical diseases.The total satisfaction of electron microscopy was 94.12%.Conclusion Electronic colposcopy for cervical disease diagnosis accuracy is higher,and the patient's acceptance is also higher.
