“中药养护管理系统”在医院中药饮片养护管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评估《中药养护管理系统》软件在北京大学深圳医院中药饮片养护管理工作中的应用效果。方法:收集该软件在北京大学深圳医院应用前后的中药养护管理数据及质量控制小组检查数据,比较软件实施前后每月饮片养护品种数、养护工作时间、养护期药房自检不合格饮片数、患者对饮片质量年投诉等。结果:软件实施后,北京大学深圳医院每月所需养护饮片的平均品种数较实施前减少了76.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中一般饮片和重点饮片养护品种数分别减少了79.3%和54.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);每月养护检查及处理消耗时间及药房不合格饮片检出次数较实施前大幅减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者对饮片质量的年投诉次数占入库中药饮片总品规数占比由0.035%下降至0.007%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:“中药养护管理系统”软件的实施不仅大大提高了北京大学深圳医院中药饮片养护的工作效率,而且实现了北京大学深圳医院中药饮片的“精准养护”,为中药房全流程信息化管理打下基础。Objective To evaluate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Maintenance Management System in the maintenance and management of TCM decoction pieces in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital.Methods TCM maintenance management data and inspection data of quality control team before and after the application of the software in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital were collected,and the monthly number of decoction piece maintenance varieties,maintenance working time,the number of unqualified decoction pieces in the pharmacy self-inspection during the maintenance period,and annual complaints of patients on the quality of decoction pieces were compared before and after the implementation of the software.Results After the implementation of the software,the average number of prepared slices required for monthly maintenance in Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University decreased by 76.5% compared with that before the implementation,with statistical significance(P<0.01),The number of general decoction pieces and key decoction pieces conservation varieties decreased by 79.3% and 54.3% respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The consumption time of monthly maintenance inspection and treatment and the detection times of unqualified decoction pieces in pharmacy decreased significantly compared with before implementation,with statistical significance(P<0.01);The proportion of patients'annual complaints on the quality of decoction pieces in the total number of prescriptions dropped from 0.035% to 0.007%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of"TCM and Maintenance Management System"software not only greatly improves the work efficiency of TCM decoction pieces maintenance in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital,but also realizes the"precise maintenance"of TCM decoction pieces in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital,laying a foundation for the whole process information management of TCM pharmacy.
