摘　　要：EPDM橡胶目前广泛应用于汽车行业的密封胶条类零件上,对汽车整车的防水密封及减噪降噪起到了重要的作用,因此EPDM密封胶条的生产工艺控制是确保零件质量的关键重点。本文通过阐述了上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司目前生产的汽车密封胶条产品概况,对供应商EPDM密封胶条的生产工艺提出了有效的控制方法,对提升上汽通用五菱汽车产品的零件质量起到促进作用。The EPDM rubber now is widely used in sealing rubber strip parts on vehicle. It is very important for waterproof, seal and noise reduction of vehicle. Therefore, the EPDM sealing rubber strip production process control is a key point to ensure the part quality. The article expound the sealing rubber strip product general situation used in SGMW to propose effective control method for supplier EDPM sealing rubber strip production technology, and be auxo-action for parts quality improvement of SGMW vehicle product.
