摘  要:平面交叉口是城市路网中交通问题最突出的部位。在大城市的中心区,由于用地十分紧张,改建互通式立体交叉已不可能。而由于这些地区车流量大,机动车与非机动车以及行人相互干扰严重。因此,平面交叉口的科学管制非常重要。我国比较常看到的,一般是对比单位时间里新旧方案的流量变化数值,比如较之前增加20%等说法,现在还有个趋势是比较流行用所谓的“大数据”分析做支撑来得到这个变化值。其实这种评价方式,对交叉口控制优化方案的实际效果评价,是很难充分和准确的。Grade intersection is the most prominent part of traffic problems in urban road network. In the central area of big cities, due to the shortage of land, it is impossible to reconstruct the interchange. Due to the large traffic flow in these areas, the mutual interference between motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians is serious. Therefore, the scientific control of grade intersection is very important. It is common in China to compare the flow change values of the old and new schemes per unit time, such as an increase of 20% compared with the previous ones. Now there is a trend that it is more popular to use the so-called “big data” analysis as a support to obtain this change value. In fact, it is difficult to fully and accurately evaluate the actual effect of intersection control optimization scheme.
