摘  要:本研究针对目前液体速凝剂存在含碱量大、腐蚀性强,对混凝土后期强度影响大、含有氟化物对人体和环境危害极大等问题,制备一种新型无碱无氟液体速凝剂。聚合硫酸铝为主要速凝原料,采用四水平四因素的L16(44)正交试验,通过探究4种制备原材料对掺液体速凝剂水泥净浆凝结时间和胶砂早期和后期抗压强度的影响,确定新型无碱无氟液体速凝剂的最佳配比。试验结果表明,影响速凝剂凝结时间的主要原料为聚合硫酸铝;新型无碱无氟速凝剂的最佳配比,基于方差分析得出聚合硫酸铝含量57%,二乙醇胺6%,硫酸镁2%,乙二醇1%,再用水补足质量为100%制备出无氯无碱液体速凝剂,能使水泥在3min内初凝,8min内终凝,满足GB/T 35159-2017《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》中的要求。In order to solve some problems existing in the current liquid accelerator,such as large amount of alkali,strong corrosion,great influence on the late strength of concrete,containing fluoride to human body and environment,etc,in this study,a new alkali-free and fluorine-free liquid accelerator was prepared.Using polyaluminum sulfate as the main quick-setting raw material,L16 (44) orthogonal test with four levels and four factors was adopted to investigate the influence of four raw materials on the setting time of cement slurry and the compressive strength of mortar in the early and late stages,and to determine the optimal ratio of new alkali-free and fluorine-free liquid quick-setting agent.The results show that the main raw material affecting the setting time of the accelerator is polyaluminum sulfate.Based on variance analysis,it is concluded that the content of polyaluminum sulfate is 57%,diethanolamine is 6%,magnesium sulfate is 2%,ethylene glycol is 1%,and then water is 100% to prepare the chlorine-free and alkali-free liquid accelerator,which can make cement initial set in 3min and final set in 8min.Meet the requirements in GB/T 35159-2017 Accelerating Agents for Shotcrete.
