氧化镁膨胀剂在某地下防水工程中的应用

摘　　要：针对某地下工程采用的FQY氧化镁膨胀剂配制补偿收缩混凝土进行研究,结合混凝土温度及应变数据监测,同时对混凝土施工过程和养护方式进行控制,探究了FQY氧化镁膨胀剂在地下混凝土中的应用。结果表明,地下混凝土结构裂缝控制效果显著,底板和侧墙温度趋于环境温度后,其应变值分别为146με和110με,混凝土处于微膨胀状态,FQY氧化镁膨胀剂达到了补偿收缩的效果。This paper studied the application of shrinkage-compensating concrete with FQY magnesia expansive agent in an underground project,combining with the monitoring of concrete temperature and strain data and the control of concrete construction process and curing method.The results showed that the crack control effect of underground concrete structure was remarkable,when the temperature of bottom plate and side wall approached the ambient temperature,the strain values were 146με and 110με respectively,and the concrete was in the state of slight expansion,FQY magnesia expansive agent achieved the effect of compensating shrinkage.
