摘 要:通过亚甲基蓝测试方法,快速测定本地区人工砂的MB值与含泥量的定量关系,进一步研究人工砂含泥量对混凝土拌合物工作性能和聚羧酸泵送剂适应性的影响。分别研究了焦亚硫酸钠和自制有机类抗泥剂的抗泥性能。计算出人工砂所含泥土与胶材的吸附性能折算系数,最终提出泥土相当于混凝土中胶材折算当量的概念,在实际应用中便于搅拌站技术人员快速判断人工砂MB值与聚羧酸泵送剂掺量的定量关系,并采用适宜的抗泥助剂,利于商混站控制混凝土成本和质量。The quantitative relationship between MB value of artificial sand and mud content in this area was determined by Methylene blue method,and the influence of mud content of artificial sand on the workability of concrete mixture and the adaptability of polycarboxylate admixtures was further studied.The mud resistance of two kinds of mud resistant sacrificial adsorbents,sodium metabisulfite and self-made organic type were studied.The conversion coefficient of the adsorption performance of the soil and the rubber material contained in the artificial sand is calculated,and the concept that the soil is equivalent to the equivalent of the rubber material in concrete is finally put forward,in practical application,it is convenient for technical personnel of mixing station to quickly judge the quantitative relationship between MB value of artificial sand and the amount of polycarboxylic acid admixture,and to adopt suitable anti-mud additive,which is beneficial to control the cost and quality of concrete in concrete batching plant.
