摘  要:以某管桩厂现用C80免压蒸管桩混凝土配合比为基准,研究了同一水胶比时不同矿渣粉掺量与混凝土抗压强度之间的关系;在同一水胶比及最优矿渣粉掺量的前提下,设计出4组不同浆骨比的配合比,研究了不同浆骨比规定坍落度下拌合物的黏性系数及硬化后的混凝土力学性能。结果表明:在水胶比0.26、矿渣粉掺量30%的前提下,浆骨比为0.42时,C80免压蒸管桩混凝土配合比性能最优。Based on the mixture ratio of C80 autoclaved pipe pile in a pipe pile factory,the relationship between different slag powder content and compressive strength of concrete was studied under the same water-cement ratio Secondly,on the premise of the same water-binder ratio and the optimum slag powder content,the paper designs the mixture ratio of 4 different grout-bone ratios,and studies the viscosity coefficient of the mixture and the mechanical properties of hardened concrete under the different grout-bone ratio.The results show that the mixture ratio of C80 autoclaved pile is the best when the ratio of cement to water is 0.26 and the content of slag powder is 30% and the ratio of mortar to bone is 0.42.
