摘　　要：预应力技术是建筑行业推行的新技术之一,具有显著的优点,但国内预应力技术常用于路桥领域或工业建筑,在民用建筑领域应用较少,很多企业缺乏相关施工经验。结合埃及新行政首都CBD项目实践应用,介绍了海外有粘结预应力楼板从设计到施工的全套工艺,包括预应力设计流程、材料设备和施工要点。总结了有粘结预应力楼板施工技术,希望能为相关工程建设提供一定的参考。Prestressing technology is one of the new technologies implemented in the construction industry and has significant advantages.However,domestic prestressing technology is often used in the field of road and bridge or industrial buildings,and it is rarely used in the field of civil construction,and many companies lack relevant construction experience.Combined with the practical application of the CBD project in the new administrative capital of Egypt,the paper introduces the complete process of overseas bonded prestressed slabs from design to construction,including the prestressed design process,material equipment and construction points.The construction technology of bonded prestressed floor slab is summarized,hoping to provide some reference for related engineering construction.
