摘 要:以厦门市轨道交通3号线一期工程2标一工区暗挖地铁车站下穿地下商业街及其桩群工程为例,着重分析项目工程的重难点。在确保地下商业街结构安全的前提下,提出采用托换梁将桩基进行连接以替换原有桩的桩基托换施工工艺,并给出了本项目桩基托换技术的实施方案。为确保桩基托换方案的安全可靠,利用数值模拟对开挖岩墙的稳定性展开研究,研究表明:在施工完成后靠右侧车站地下商业街的底板的位移较大,沉降区域也较大;在施工过程中地下商业街边墙可能会发生剪切破坏,应加强监控量测。Taking the underground commercial street underneath the subway station and its pile group project of the first phase project of Xiamen Metro Line 3 as an example,the paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the project.On the premise of ensuring the structural safety of underground commercial street,the underpinning construction technology of pile foundation is proposed by using underpinning beam to connect the pile foundation to replace the original pile,and the implementation scheme of the underpinning technology of pile foundation in this project is given.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of pile foundation underpinning scheme,the stability of excavation rock wall is studied by numerical simulation.The study shows that after the completion of the construction,the displacement of the bottom plate of the underground street of the right station is large,and the settlement area is also large;and shear failure in the construction process of underground street side wall may occur,monitoring measurement should be strengthened.
