摘 要:武汉青山长江公路大桥,设计为双塔双索面全漂浮体系斜拉桥,主跨跨度938 m,一跨过江;主塔采用A形结构,其中北塔塔高279.5 m,包括0~6号索导管、7~31号钢锚梁的大型锚固件安装定位工程。受施工条件限制,索导管及钢锚梁定位精度要求高、难度大;为保证施工质量,探索出一系列锚固件的安装定位技术:索导管“十字法”快速定位法、索导管中心标定器的设计、钢锚梁预拼导向助力快速初定位法、钢锚梁3点快速定位法等,快速、高效、精准完成项目施工。Wuhan Qingshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge is designed as a full floating system cable-stayed bridge with double towers and double cable planes.The main span is 938 m and one span crosses the river;the main tower adopts A-type structure,in which the North Tower is 279.5 m in height,including installation and positioning of large-size anchors,e.g.No.0~6 cable conduits and No.7~31 steel anchor beams.Limited by the construction conditions,the positioning of cable conduits and steel anchor beams is high in precision and difficult.In order to ensure the construction quality,a series of anchor installation and positioning technologies have been explored.The cable conduit"cross method"rapid positioning method,design of cable conduit center calibrator,steel anchor beam pre-assembly guidance assistance rapid initial positioning method,steel anchor beam 3-point quick positioning method,etc.are proposed so as to complete the project construction quickly,efficiently and accurately.
