摘　　要：通过对杭州环城北路~天目山路提升改造工程进行分析,基于该盾构区间长距离、上软下硬地层、下穿既有地铁线路等复杂地质情况对盾构机的适应性要求,针对性地设计了刀盘、刀具、主驱动等盾构机结构的具体参数,并对施工经验进行了总结分析,为今后类似工程的盾构机选型提供一定的参考价值。The article analyzes the upgrading and reconstruction project of Hangzhou Huancheng North Road-Tianmushan Road.Based on the adaptability requirements of the shield machine due to the complex geological conditions such as the long distance of the shield section,the upper soft and lower hard stratum and the existing subway line,the specific parameters of the shield machine structure such as cutter head,cutter and main drive are designed to ensure the smooth progress of the shield project,and the construction experience is analyzed and summarized.It has certain reference value for shield machine selection in similar projects in the future.
