摘  要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)双掺杂的Gd_(2)O_(3)下转换发光材料,按照掺杂摩尔百分比n(Gd^(3+))∶n(Er^(3+))∶n(Yb^(3+))=100∶2:x(x=0,3,6,9)调整Yb^(3+)的掺杂比例,通过XRD、SEM、荧光光谱和荧光衰减研究了Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)双掺对Gd_(2)O_(3)发光材料晶体结构、微观形貌、发光性能和量子传递效率的影响。结果表明,Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)的掺杂没有改变Gd_(2)O_(3)的晶体结构,但使样品的特征衍射峰出现了高角度偏移;所有样品的晶粒尺寸约为65~85 nm,均属于纳米材料;随着Yb^(3+)掺杂量的增加,样品在可见光区域和近红外光区域的衍射峰强度均表现出先升高后降低的趋势,其中2Er:3Yb掺杂比例的Gd_(2)O_(3)发光材料的衍射峰强度达到最大值;随着Yb^(3+)掺杂量的增加,样品逐渐从黄绿光区域向蓝光区域偏移,可以通过调整Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)的掺杂比例实现Gd_(2)O_(3)发光材料的颜色转变;随着Yb^(3+)掺杂量的增加,样品的平均寿命逐渐降低,能量传递效率和量子效率逐渐增大,其中Gd_(2)O_(3):2Er/9Yb的能量传递效率和量子效率分别达到77.80%和177.80%,具有较高的能量传递效率和量子效率。Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)double doped Gd_(2)O_(3) down-conversion luminescent materials were prepared by sol-gel method and the doping ratio of Yb^(3+)was adjusted according to the doping mole percentage n(Gd^(3+))∶n(Er^(3+))∶n(Yb^(3+))=100∶2∶x(x=0,3,6,9).The effects of Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)double doping on the crystal structure,micro morphology,luminescence properties and quantum transfer efficiency of Gd_(2)O_(3) luminescent materials were studied by XRD,SEM,fluorescence spectra and fluorescence attenuation.The results showed that the doping of Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)didn't change the crystal structure of Gd_(2)O_(3),but caused a high angle shift of the characteristic diffraction peak of the sample.The grain size of all samples were about 65~85 nm,which belonged to nano materials.With the increase of Yb^(3+)doping,the diffraction peak intensity of the sample in the visible region and near-infrared region first increased and then decreased,and the diffraction peak intensity of Gd_(2)O_(3) luminescent material with 2Er:3Yb doping ratio reached the maximum.With the increase of Yb^(3+)doping,the sample gradually shifted from yellow green light region to blue light region.The color transformation of Gd_(2)O_(3) luminescent material could be realized by adjusting the doping ratio of Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+).With the increase of Yb^(3+)doping,the average life of the sample decreased gradually,and the energy transfer efficiency and quantum efficiency increased gradually.The energy transfer efficiency and quantum efficiency of Gd_(2)O_(3):2Er/9Yb were 77.80%and 177.80%respectively,which had high energy transfer efficiency and quantum efficiency.
