肠起搏治疗联合六味安消胶囊对功能性便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨肠起搏联合六味安消胶囊治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 选择辽宁省大连市第三人民医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的功能性便秘患者150例,采用随机数表法将其分为A组、B组及C组,每组50例。A组接受肠起搏联合六味安消胶囊治疗,B组单独接受肠起搏治疗,C组单独接受六味安消胶囊治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后便秘症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)、广泛性焦虑自评量表(GAD-7)及抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)评分变化及临床疗效。结果 治疗前,三组粪便性状、直肠症状、腹部症状、PAC-QOL、GAD-7、PHQ-9评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,三组粪便性状、直肠症状、腹部症状、PAC-QOL、GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均降低(P均<0.05);A组治疗后粪便性状、直肠症状、腹部症状、PAC-QOL、GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均低于B组和C组(P均<0.05);A组总有效率(92.00%)高于B组(74.00%)和C组(72.00%)(P均<0.05)。结论 肠起搏联合六味安消胶囊治疗功能性便秘的疗效显著,可有效改善患者便秘症状,缓解其不良心理情绪,提高生活质量,安全性高,值得应用和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intestinal pacing combined with Liuwei Anxiao Capsule in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods A total of 150 patients with constipation from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with 50 cases in each group.Group A received intestinal pacing combined with Liuwei Anxiao Capsule,goup B received intestinal pacing alone,and group C received Liuwei Anxiao Capsule alone.Before and after treatment,the changes of PAC-SYM,PAC-QOL,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 were compared among the three groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fecal traits,rectal symptoms,abdominal symptoms,PAC-QOL,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores among the three groups(P all>0.05);after treatment,the scores of fecal traits,rectal symptoms,abdominal symptoms,PAC-QOL,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in the three groups were decreased(P all<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fecal traits,rectal symptoms,abdominal symptoms,PAC-QOL,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in group A were lower than those in group B and C(P all<0.05).The total effective rate of group A(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of group B(74.00%)and group C(72.00%)(P all<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intestinal pacing combined with Liuwei Anxiao Capsule in the treatment of functional constipation is significant,which can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation,relieve the adverse psychological emotions,improve the quality of life,and has high safety,which is worthy of application and promotion.
