摘 要:基于自我决定理论和情绪ABC理论,构建了冰雪参与行为理论模型。对2104份中小学生样本进行研究,结果发现:内外部动机对困难感知度具有显著负向影响,对冰雪参与行为具有显著正向影响,且内部动机高于外部动机;较少被关注的困难感知度在动机对冰雪参与行为的影响过程中具有部分中介效应。说明冰雪参与行为受到多种因素影响,为了发挥内外部动机的直接效应及困难感知度的中介效应,应凝聚学校、家庭、社会的多种合力激发中小学生运动参与动机,促进广大中小学生积极参与冰雪运动。Based on the self-determination theory and emotion ABC theory,this paper constructed a theoretical model of ice and snow participation behavior,and conducted a study on 2104 primary and secondary school students.The results shows that internal and external motivation have a significant negative impact on perceived difficulty,and have a significant positive impact on ice and snow participation behavior,and internal motivation is higher than external motivation.The“perceived difficulty”,which has been paid less attention,has a partial mediating effect on the influence of motivation on ice and snow participation behavior.In order to exert the direct effect of internal and external motivation and the intermediary effect of difficulty perception,schools,families and society should work together to stimulate the motivation of primary and secondary school students to participate in ice and snow sports and provide theoretical support and practical guidance to promote the majority of primary and secondary school students to participate in ice and snow sports.
