摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件下,图书馆信息服务模式发生了由线下向线上的全方位迁移,要求图情工作者顺应变迁,将传统的面对面信息推广转为虚拟的线上云推广。文章阐述了简单的搜索引擎得到的信息是单一的和没有生命力的,不能顺应未来信息服务工作新的发展要求,只有搜罗多渠道信息并对其进行网格化处理,将信息服务科学联动起来,才能彰显图书馆的有机生命力,提升工作效率,更好地服务读者。Under public health emergencies,the library information service model has undergone an all-round migration from offline to online,which requires map and information workers to adapt to the changes and turn the traditional face-to-face information promotion into virtual online cloud promotion.This paper expounds that the information obtained by a simple search engine is single and lifeless,and cannot meet the new development requirements of information service in the future.Only by collecting multi-channel information and grid processing,and linking information service science,can we highlight the organic vitality of the library,improve work efficiency and better serve readers.
