摘　　要：低压电力电缆的型号规格繁多,对众多型号规格的低压电力电缆制定各结构尺寸及材料定额消耗时,需要大量的计算,即使技术娴熟的工程师也需耗用数月时间。文章详述了上述困难的解决方法,利用Excel办公软件强大的数据处理功能对低压电力电缆产品进行设计,首先分析不同型号规格低压电力电缆的结构特点,对各结构设定不同的材料代码,并引用标准结构标准参数、各材料市场价格等基础数据,利用Excel的公式功能设定各结构逻辑计算关系,最终实现批量快速计算出不同型号规格的低压电力电缆各结构尺寸、材料消耗及成本,从而缩短企业产品报价、工艺制定的时间。There are many types and specifications of low voltage power cables.When formulating the structural size and material quota consumption of many types and specifications of low voltage power cables,it needs a lot of calculation,and even skilled engineers need several months.This paper elaborate the solutions to solve the above difficulties,the powerful data processing function of Excel is used to design low voltage power cable products.Firstly,the structural characteristics of low voltage power cables with different models and specifications are analyzed,different material codes are set for each structure,and the basic data such as standard structure standard parameters and market price of each material are quoted,and the logical calculation relationship of each structure is set by using the formula function of Excel.Finally,it can quickly calculate the structural size,material consumption and cost of low voltage power cables with different models and specifications in batches,and shorten the time of enterprise product quotation and process formulation.
