摘  要:为研究生物菌肥对烤烟上部叶产质量的影响,以云烟97为供试烤烟品种,采用大田对比试验方式,设置生物菌肥不同的喷施时间(在打顶前10 d、打顶当天、打顶后10 d)与次数(1次或2次),研究生物菌肥对各处理烤烟上部叶农艺性状、化学成分、感官质量、外观质量和经济性状的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,各喷施生物菌肥处理均能显著促进上部叶生长开片、提高烟叶钾含量以及提高烤烟经济效益,且能改善上部叶油分和色度以及感官质量评价。在打顶前5 d与后10 d各喷施一次微生物菌肥效果最佳,产量增加199.5 kg/hm^(2),产值增加7455.42元/hm^(2),均价提高0.71元/kg,上部上等烟比例提高了1.42个百分点。In order to study the effect of bio-fertilizer on the yield and quality of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco,Yunyan 97 was used as the tested flue-cured tobacco variety.Field experiments were conducted with the setting of different spraying time(10 days before topping,the day of topping and 10 days after topping)and times(one or two times)to study the effects of bio-fertilizer on agronomic traits,chemical components,sensory quality,appearance quality and economic properties of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that compared with the control,each treatment of spraying bio-fertilizer could significantly promote the growth and opening of upper leaves,improve the potassium content of tobacco leaves,increase the economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco,and improve the oil content,chromaticity and sensory quality of upper leaves.The effect of spraying bio-fertilizer on 5 days before topping and 10 days after topping was the best with the yield increase by 199.5 kg/hm^(2),the output value increase by 7455.42 yuan/kg,the average price increase by 0.71 yuan/kg,and the proportion growth of upper-class tobacco of upper leaves by 1.42 percentage points.
