植物灭鼠剂对东方田鼠毒杀的有效性分析

摘  要:为了测定植物灭鼠剂对东方田鼠毒杀的效果,在洞庭湖区捕捉东方田鼠,采用强制饲喂法对不同性别东方田鼠进行0.025%植物灭鼠剂(植物槲皮素+雷公藤甲素等)的毒性试验,观测分析东方田鼠取食和死亡情况,并比较灭鼠剂在东方田鼠性别间的毒性差异。结果表明:东方田鼠对植物灭鼠剂摄入量随天数增加有下降趋势,但不显著;不同性别东方田鼠对植物灭鼠剂的敏感性无显著差异。东方田鼠取食植物灭鼠剂后,死亡高峰期出现在第4~7 d。因此,0.025%植物灭鼠剂可有效防治洞庭湖区的东方田鼠鼠害,且东方田鼠对植物灭鼠剂无抗性。To measure the toxicity of plant rodenticides to Microtus fortis,M.fortis samples captured in the Dongting Lake area were forced to feed on rabbit pellet feed containing 0.025%plant rodenticide(plant quercetin+triptolide,etc.).And then the feeding and death of the tested M.fortis samples were observed and measured to compare the toxicity difference between genders.The results showed that M.fortis had a decreasing tendency to rodenticide intake with the increment of feeding days,but not reaching a significant level;there was no significant difference in the sensitivity to rodenticides between genders.The peak of death occurred 4-7 days after feeding on plant rodenticides.Therefore,0.025%plant rodenticide can effectively control the damage by M.fortis in the Dongting Lake area,and M.fortis has no resistance to the plant rodenticide.
