Treatment of Crystal Violet Simulated Dye Wastewater by Three-Dimensional Electrolysis Combined with Ozone Electrocatalytic Oxidation

摘  要:以COD去除率、脱色率作为评价指标,分别采用三维电解法、臭氧氧化法、三维电解法联合臭氧电催化氧化处理结晶紫模拟染料废水,考察了pH值、臭氧通量、臭氧曝气量对三维电解法联合臭氧电催化氧化处理结晶紫模拟染料废水的影响。结果表明,采用单一臭氧氧化法或三维电解法处理结晶紫模拟染料废水,结晶紫降解效果较差;三维电解法联合臭氧电催化氧化处理结晶紫模拟染料废水,结晶紫降解效果明显提升。确定三维电解法联合臭氧电催化氧化处理结晶紫模拟染料废水的最佳条件如下:pH值为7、臭氧通量为80 mg·h^(-1)、臭氧曝气量为1200 mL·min^(-1)。通过结晶紫降解中间体的GC-MS分析,推测结晶紫的降解机理是:结晶紫结构被·OH破坏,三苯结构分离,形成苯胺类和酮类,继续氧化分解为苯酚类,然后苯环开环,最后分解成CO_(2)、H_(2)O等小分子物质。Taking COD removal rate and decolorization rate as evaluation indexes,we treated Crystal Violet simulated dye wastewater by three-dimensional electrolysis,ozone oxidation,and three-dimensional electrolysis combined with ozone electrocatalytic oxidation,respectively.Moreover,we investigated the effects of pH value,ozone flux,and ozone aeration rate on Crystal Violet simulated dye wastewater treatment by three-dimensional electrolysis combined with ozone electrocatalytic oxidation.The results show that the degradation effect by single ozone oxidation or three-dimensional electrolysis is poor.Meanwhile,the degradation effect by three-dimensional electrolysis combined with ozone electrocatalytic oxidation is improved obviously.The optimal treatment conditions of Crystal Violet simulated dye wastewater by three-dimensional electrolysis combined with ozone electrocatalytic oxidation are determined as follows:the pH value is 7,the ozone flux is 80 mg·h^(-1),and the ozone aeration rate is 1200 mL·min^(-1).Through GC-MS analysis of Crystal Violet degradation intermediates,the degradation mechanism of Crystal Violet is as follows:Crystal Violet structure is destroyed by·OH,triphenyl structure is separated to form aniline and ketone,aniline and ketone are oxidized and decomposed into phenol,then benzene ring is opened,and finally the intermediates are decomposed into CO_(2),H_(2)O,and other small molecules.
