摘  要:深井和高难度复杂井投产前,需要进行试油测试,获取井下数据以指导后续生产。为适应深井的高温高压环境,通常采用绳缆悬挂测试技术进行试油测试施工。对深井测试作业过程中绳缆及工具串受力情况进行分析,建立绳缆受力模型。针对测试工具串入井、起出工况,考虑油管混合介质过流摩擦阻力,计算工具串所受的上顶力。结合绞盘盘根摩擦阻力和入井管壁摩擦力计算结果,得到工具串入井所需配重的计算方法,建立安全施工绳缆临界拉力计算模型。通过实例计算,分析井口压力变化时井下绳缆和工具串受力变化规律,讨论影响绳缆受力的主要因素,计算不同井口压力下工具串所需的配重。该方法的建立,为绳缆悬挂测试施工参数的选取,安全性评价提供参考。Prior to the production of deep wells and highly difficult and complex wells,oil testing is required to obtain downhole data to guide subsequent production.In order to adapt to the high temprature and high pressure environment in deep wells rope and cable suspension testing technology is usually used for tool testing construction.In this paper,we analyze the force on the rope and tool during deep well testing operation and establish a rope and cable force model.For the test tool string into the well,lifting out of the working conditions,considering the mixed media in the tube overflow friction,the upper top force of the tool string is calculated.Combined with the calculation results of dynamic sealing disc friction at the wellhead and friction force at the pipe wall,the calculation method of the required counterweight of the tool string into the well is obtained.At the same time,a model for calculating the critical tension of the safety construction rope was established.Through the calculation of the well case,we analyzed the change law of force on the downhole rope and tool string when the wellhead pressure changes.The main factors affecting the force of the rope and cable are discussed,and the required counterweight of the tool string under different wellhead pressure is calculated.The method is established to provide a reference for the selection of construction parameters for rope and cable suspension testing and safety evaluation.
