摘 要:[目的]筛选适宜南方引种且值得大面积推广的樱花品种,并为樱花的综合管理提供参考依据。[方法]以不同引种嫁接的樱花为材料,研究在同一引种环境下不同品种樱花的光合特性,通过测定不同品种樱花叶片的净光合速率(P_(n))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))、气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))和水分利用效率(WUE)等光合指标的变化,比较各品种的光合特性。[结果]各樱花品种叶片的P_(n)、T_(r)、Cond、C_(i)和WUE整体呈现较大差异。P_(n)整体呈现先快速增加后趋于平稳,有些品种(河津樱、吉野樱)还会出现下降趋势;T_(r)和Cond则呈现相似的变化规律,均随着光照强度的增加而缓慢增加,河津樱、吉野樱出现下降趋势;WUE整体呈现先快速上升后逐渐下降最后趋于平缓的趋势;C_(i)则与上述指标相反,表现出快速下降然后逐渐趋于平缓的趋势。[结论]在相同引种条件下,这11种樱花表现出不同光合能力及特性,综合看来,红粉佳人樱和福建山樱花品种的光合能力强,生长效果好。[Objective]Further screening of Cerasus sp.varieties that are suitable for introduction and planting in the south and worthy of large-scale promotion,and provide a reference for the comprehensive management of Cerasus sp..[Method]We used Cerasus sp.grafted with different introductions as materials to study the effects of different varieties of Cerasus sp.on the photosynthetic characteristics under the same introduction environment.The changes of photosynthetic indicators such as net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),transpiration rate(T_(r)),stomatal conductance(Cond),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(C_(i))and water use efficiency(WUE)of different varieties of Cerasus sp.were analyzed and measured,the photosynthetic characteristics of various varieties were compared.[Result]The results showed P_(n),T_(r),Cond,C_(i) and WUE and other photosynthetic indicators of the leaves of various Cerasus sp.varieties showed large differences overall.The overall change of P_(n) showed a rapid increase first and then stabilized.Some varieties(such as Prunus kanzakura‘Kawazu-zakura’(H)and Prunus×yedoensis(J)also showed a downward trend;T_(r) and Cond showed similar changes,and both increased slowly with the increase of light intensity.Prunus kanzakura‘Kawazu-zakura’(H)and Prunus×yedoensis also showed a downward trend;the overall WUE showed a rapid rise first,then a gradual decline,and finally a flattening trend.C_(i) was contrary to the above indicators,it showed a rapid decline and then gradually flattened out.In general,under the same introduction conditions,these 11 cherry blossoms showed different photosynthetic abilities and characteristics.[Conclusion]From this comprehensive point of view,the cultivars of Echeveria Pretty in Pink and Prunus campanulata have strong photosynthetic capacity and good growth effect.
