基于生态理念的蓟州区农村人居环境评价

摘　　要：对天津市蓟州区6个不同类型的村庄人居环境现状进行实地调查,采用层次分析法从生态环境、居住环境、基础设施、社区治理4个方面和16个评价因子构建人居环境综合评价体系,获得评价指标权重及其重要性排序,最终对调研村庄进行综合排序和分级,结果表明蓟州区农村整体人居环境质量一般。在生态理念的基础上针对评价结果分析了蓟州区不同类型村庄人居环境所存在的问题,并相应提出了不同的治理模式,为蓟州区农村人居环境建设提供参考,同时对相同农村村情的新农村的生态保护、人居环境建设和旅游业发展等方面的研究具有一定的借鉴。A field survey was conducted on the current status of the human settlement environment in 6 different types of villages in Jizhou District of Tianjin City. The analytic hierarchy process was used to construct a comprehensive human settlement environment from 4 aspects of ecological environment, residential environment, infrastructure, community governance and 16 evaluation factors. The evaluation system obtained the evaluation index weights and their importance rankings, and finally conducted a comprehensive ranking and classification of the surveyed villages. The results showed that the overall quality of the rural human settlement environment in Jizhou District was average. Based on the ecological concept, the problems in the living environment of different types of villages in Jizhou District were analyzed and different governance models were proposed corresponding to the evaluation results. It provided a reference for the construction of rural human settlements in Jizhou District, and at the same time has a certain reference to the research on ecological protection, human settlements construction and tourism development of new rural villages with the same rural village conditions.
