摘 要:木霉作为一种具有广适性、广谱性、多机制性的生防因子,用于防治多种植物病害,但其对植物病害的综合防治效果及其影响因素还有待明确。基于中文期刊发表的研究木霉防治植物真菌病害文章,运用Meta分析(元分析)研究了木霉菌剂对植物病害的防控效果及其影响因素。结果表明,在所有纳入研究的文献中,木霉整体上对植物病害的防治效果在60%左右,其中木霉种类、木霉菌活性成分类型、作物类型、菌剂剂型、气候类型及防治病害类型6类因素对木霉防治植物病害效果有显著影响;联合使用方式、试验类型和施用方式对木霉防治植物病害效果无显著影响。该研究结果可为木霉菌剂研究开发应用及防治效果评价提供参考。Trichoderma spp.is an important biocontrol agent with wide adaptability, broad spectrum and multimechanism, which can be used to control a variety of plant diseases.However, its comprehensive control effect on plant diseases and its influencing factors is not clear.Based on the published articles on Trichoderma controlling plant diseases in Chinese journals, the Meta-analysis method was adopted to evaluate control effects of Trichoderma agents on plant diseases and its influencing factors.The results showed that the control effect of Trichoderma on plant diseases was more than 60%.Trichoderma species, Trichoderma propagules type, crop type, the form of a drug, climate type and plant disease type were factors significantly on the control effect.However, there was no significant effect on the control effect of plant diseases by usage in combination with other disease control strategies, experiment type and application mode.The results of this study provided some references for the research, development and application of Trichoderma biocontrol agent and evaluation of its control effect.
