乡村振兴背景下农科类专业学位研究生创业教育和实践的探讨——以西南大学为例

摘  要:为明确我国高等学校在乡村振兴战略实施过程中农科类专业学位研究生层次农村创业人才的培养问题,对西南大学7个涉农学院的118位农科专业学位研究生进行问卷调查。经统计分析发现,缺乏创业热情、创业领域与所学专业不一致、创业教育不健全、创业经验不足等是制约其进行农村创业的主要因素;同时提出提高专业学位研究生对农村创业的热情、健全针对农科类专业学位研究生培养的新型农村创业师资队伍和培养体系、加强创业实践、增强农村创业对高层次人才的吸引力等对策。In order to clarify the cultivation of rural entrepreneurial talents at the level of agricultural professional degree postgraduates in Chinese colleges and universities during the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, this study took Southwest University as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey among 118 agricultural professional degree postgraduates from 7 agricultural-related colleges.Through statistical analysis, it is found that the lack of entrepreneurial enthusiasm, the inconsistency between the field of entrepreneurship and the major they have learned, the unsound entrepreneurship education, and insufficient entrepreneurial experience are the main factors that restrict the rural entrepreneurship.At the same time, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as improving professional degree graduates’ enthusiasm for rural entrepreneurship, perfecting the new rural entrepreneurship teaching staff and training system for agricultural professional degree postgraduates, strengthening entrepreneurial practice, and enhancing the attraction of rural entrepreneurship to high-level talents.
