摘  要:研究高性价比的非贵金属氧还原反应(ORR)催化剂对清洁能源的大规模开发有重要意义,本研究以聚苯胺(PANI)和生物质废弃物豆渣共同作为碳/氮前驱体材料,g-C_(3)N_(4)为辅助氮源和致孔剂,氯化铁作为氧化剂和铁源制备得到了一种具有多孔结构的铁氮共掺杂生物质/聚苯胺衍碳材料(Fe-N-C_(B)/C_(PANI)).系统考察了氯化铁用量对催化剂样品结构及ORR催化性能的影响,优化后的催化剂样品Fe-N-C_(B)/C_(PANI)-2对ORR具有良好的催化活性,其起始电势相对商业催化剂Pt/C正移50 m V,抗甲醇性能和稳定性明显优于Pt/C.The study of cost-effective non-precious metal oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) catalysts is of great significance to the large-scale development of clean energy.In this work,iron and nitrogen co-doped biomass/polyaniline derived carbon materials(Fe-N-C_(B)/C_(PANI)) with porous structure were fabricated by using both polyaniline(PANI)and biomass waste bean dregs as carbon/nitrogen precursors,g-C_(3)N_(4)as both the additional nitrogen source and porogen,ferric chloride as an oxidant and iron source.The effect of ferric chloride dosage on the structure and ORR performance of the prepared catalysts was systematically investigated,the optimized Fe-N-C_(B)/C_(PANI)-2 catalyst exhibits decent ORR behavior with initial potential 50 m V positively shifted in comparison to commercial Pt/C,and the methanol resistance and ORR stability of Fe-N-C_(B)/C_(PANI)-2 are even better than Pt/C.
