摘　　要：在中国社会即将进入深度老龄化阶段的大背景下,养老建筑设计成为建筑领域的焦点问题。本文以知觉体验理论中强调建筑空间使用者切身生理、心理感受的研究方式为依据,首先用调查问卷和实地调研的方法,获得老年人自身对居住环境在色彩、材质、声、光、嗅、行为模式和空间需求等方面的个性化选择偏好。然后结合老年人一般生理、心理和行为特征理论,分析老年人的生理感知、心理需求和行为模式,研究其居住偏好。最后提出重视先期调研、注重个性化设计和遵循可持续设计的原则,分别从感官体验、心理情感和行为模式三个方面提出具体的设计改良方法,为养老建筑设计提供依据。Under the background that China is about to enter a deep aging society, the design of pension buildings has become a focus in the field of architecture. Based on the perceptual experience theory,which emphasizes the physical and psychological feelings of building space users, this paper first uses the methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot interview to obtain the elderly’s own personalized choice preference of living environment in terms of color, material,sound, light, smell, behavior mode and space demand, and so on.Combined with the general theory of physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, the paper analyzes the physiological perception, psychological needs and behavioral patterns of the elderly, and studies their living preferences. Finally,it puts forward the principles of paying attention to preliminary investigation, personalized design and sustainable design, and puts forward specific design improvement methods from three aspects of sensory experience, psychological emotion and behavior mode, so as to provide the basis for the design of pension buildings.
