济南市东关大街地块居住区规划设计探究

摘　　要：城市居住区规划设计与城市居民的生活息息相关,逐渐成为广大人民群众所关注的问题。然而,居住区设计并不是简单的规范叠加,每个地区都应该有其特色之处,避免形成“千城一面”的同质化现象。基于此,本文以济南市东关大街地块居住区规划设计为例,结合地区特色,在前期分析、空间组合、设施布置、特色梳理、景观结构、宜居理念等提出初步研究成果。The planning and design of urban community is closely related to the life of urban residents and has gradually become the concern of the masses of the people. However, the design of community is not a simple superposition of norms, and each area should have its own characteristics to avoid the homogenization of “thousands of cities with similar appearance”. Based on this, this paper takes the planning and design of Dongguan Avenue plot in Jinan as an example, and combined with the regional characteristics,puts forward preliminary research results in the preliminary analysis,space combination, facility layout, feature sorting, landscape structure, livable concept, and so on.
