摘　　要：本文以康藏地区(简称“康区”)的考察调研与对地区传统民居营建方式的研读为基石,采用“地域基因”相关概念及方法,挖掘地域性建筑生成演进的内在调控机制,构建康区地域建筑特有基因,唤醒地域独特文化生命力,以期探索康区老旧民居修缮及新居民安置点的建设方法,为康区可持续人居环境建设提供相应参考。This paper based on the investigation of Kangzang area and the study on the construction methods of traditional dwellings in the area,this paper adopts the concepts and methods of“regional gene”to excavate the internal control mechanism of the generation and evolution of regional architecture,to construct the unique gene of regional architecture in Kangzang area,and to awaken the unique cultural vitality of the region,so as to think about the construction methods of the renovation of old dwellings and new residential settlements in Kangzang area.It can provide a reference for sustainable human settlements construction in Kangzang area.
