天津五大道历史文化街区开放利用情况研究

摘　　要：天津五大道位于天津市和平区内,由重庆道、常德道、大理道、睦南道及马场道五条街道组成,因曾位于英租界内,所以五大道内有大量受西方影响的历史建筑。本研究通过现场调研和文献研究,对五大道内已经对公众开放的建筑和未对公众开放的保护建筑做了调查和研究,旨在通过调查和统计来明确五大道不同特色建筑的开放及利用情况,并通过对现有建筑的展示利用的分析,提出解决目前五大道历史街区展示利用不充分问题的方法,并为未来的开放和发展提出较为有针对性的建议。Heping district is located in Tianjin.It is composed of five streets,namely Chongqing,Changde,Dali,Munan and Machang.As it is located in the British concession,there are a large number of historic buildings influenced by the West on Five Roads in Tianjin.Through field investigation and literature research,this paper investigates and studies the protected buildings on Five Roads,which are open to the public or not.It aims to clarify the opening and utilization conditions of the characteristic buildings on the Five Roads in Tianjin through investigation and statistics,analyzes the display and utilization of the existing buildings,and then puts forward the methods to solve the problem of insufficient display and utilization of the historical streets on Five Roads.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future opening and development of the historic district.
