摘　　要：随着我国社会经济水平的日益增强,建筑行业也取得了长足的进步,装配式建筑的提高与进步也有了宽广美好的前景。为贯彻落实党中央提出的“乡村振兴战略”、积极响应国家大力发展装配式建筑的号召、解决传统农居施工技术无法满足当前人们居住要求的问题,本文将鲁中地区作为研究区域,以淄博市张木匠村装配式农房设计为例,重点分析装配式技术在农居建设中的设计策略,以供参考。With the increasing social and economic level of our country,the construction industry has also made considerable progress,and the improvement and progress of prefabricated buildings also have broad and bright prospects.In order to implement the“country revitalization strategy”put forward by the Central Committee of the Party,to actively respond to the country’s call for vigorously developing prefabricated buildings,and to solve the problem that traditional rural dwelling construction technology cannot meet the current living requirements of the people,this article takes the Luzhong area as the research area,uses the design of prefabricated farm house in Zhangmujiang Village in Zibo as an example,and focuses on the analysis of the design strategy of prefabricated technology in farm house construction for reference.
