摘 要:本文所研究对象“早拆模板体系”是课题组自我研发的一种模板支撑系统。该种模板支撑系统可适用于工业建筑、民用建筑的施工作业,同时可对模板支撑系统进行快拆、早拆。与普通扣件式钢管模板支架相比,该体系具有拆搭更加便捷、节点性能更加稳定等优点。本文通过有限元进行早拆模板支撑体系的安全性评价,为该体系在实际工程中的运用提供了理论基础。The research object of this paper,“early dismantling template system”,is a template support system developed by the research group.This kind of formwork support system can be applied to the construction of industrial buildings and civil buildings and the formwork support system can be removed quickly and early.Compared with the ordinary fastener type steel pipe formwork support,the system has the advantages of more convenient disassembly and erection,more stable joint performance,and so on.In this paper,finite element is used to evaluate the safety of the early dismantling formwork support system,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of the system in practical engineering.
