摘　　要：目的:补充并完善菖蒲类药材的性状和显微鉴别特征,为准确鉴别中药材和保证临床用药的准确性提供科学依据。方法:实地采集菖蒲植株并收集药材样品,对菖蒲类药材进行植物分类学研究,对不同产地的药材进行性状鉴别和显微鉴别研究。结果:传统使用的菖蒲药材为天南星科菖蒲属来源的多种植物,常见的基原植物有4种,即石菖蒲、水菖蒲、金钱蒲、茴香菖蒲,这4种不同基原的菖蒲在原植物形态、药材性状和显微特征方面存在一定的差异。结论:该研究为菖蒲属中药材的鉴别研究和相关质量标准的增补与修订提供了有益参考。Objective:To supplement and improve the morphological and microscopic identification characteristics of medicinal materials of Acorus,so as to provide scientific basis for accurate identification of traditional Chinese medicine and the accuracy of clinical medication.Methods:All kinds of plants and medicinal materials of Acorus were collected.Then table of classification of the origin of Acorus plants were compiled,and characteristics of morphological identification and microscopic identification of four kinds of Acorus medicinal materials were studied.Results:The traditional medicinal materials of Acorus originated from four kinds of genus Acorus of Araceae,Acorns tatarinowii Schott,Acorus calamus L.,Acorus gramineus Soland and Acorus.macrospadiceus(Yamamoto)F.N.Wei et Y.K.Li..There were some differences in the original plant morphology,properties and microscopic characteristics of medicinal material among them.Conclusion:This study provides a useful reference for the identification of medicinal materials of Acorus and the supplement and revision of relevant quality standards.
