摘  要:目的:建立清利塞鼻洗液的定性鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用TLC法对制剂中辛夷、黄芩进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法同时对辛夷中的木兰脂素和白芷中的欧前胡素进行含量测定。结果:辛夷、黄芩的定性鉴别特征斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定中木兰脂素和欧前胡素的线性范围分别为30.15~482.40μg/mL(R^(2)=0.999 8)和1.09~17.50μg/mL(R^(2)=0.999 8);平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为103.3%(RSD=1.32%)和100.98%(RSD=1.24%)。结论:TLC法和HPLC法专属性强,重复性和稳定性良好,可用于清利塞鼻洗液的质量控制。Objective:To establish a qualitative identification and content determination method of Qinglisaibi Lotion. Methods:TLC was used to identify the magnolia and scutellaria baicalensis. The content of magnolian and ephedrin in angelica dahurica was determined by HPLC. Results:The qualitative identification characteristics of the radix cynthia and scutellaria were clear,and the negative control had no interference. The linear range of lignans and ephedrine in the determination of the content was 30.15~482.40 μg/mL(R^(2)=0.999 8)and 1.09~17.50 μg/mL(R^(2)=0.999 8)respectively. The average recovery of sample addition(n=6)was 103.3%(RSD=1.32%)and 100.98%(RSD=1.24%)respectively. Conclusion:TLC and HPLC are characterized by high specificity,good repeatability and stability,and can be used for the quality control of Qinglisaibi Lotion.
