摘 要:电气耦合系统在地震灾害下可能发生元件故障,影响正常供能工作。为此,对地震灾害下的电气耦合系统韧性评估展开了研究。首先,构建了地震概率模型和地震攻击模型,分别用于分析地震场景不确定性和各场景攻击模式。然后,提出了基于潜在地震场景集的韧性评估方法,采用蒙特卡洛法计算各地震场景下系统负荷损失期望,进而求得系统级和元件级的韧性指标。最后,以IEEE RTS79电网和14节点气网组成的电气耦合系统为算例,验证了所提韧性评估方法的可行性。韧性评估结果可用于指导规划人员预案高影响力潜在地震场景和制订韧性提升方法。The component failure of an integrated electricity-gas system may occur under earthquake disaster,which af⁃fects the normal energy supply.In this paper,the resilience assessment on the integrated electricity-gas system under earthquake disaster is studied.First,an earthquake probability model and an earthquake attack model are constructed to analyze the uncertainty of earthquake scenarios and the attack modes of each scenario,respectively.Then,a resil⁃ience assessment method based on the potential earthquake scenario set is proposed.The expected system load loss un⁃der each earthquake scenario is calculated using the Monte Carlo method,thus obtaining the resilience indices at the system and component levels.Finally,an integrated electricity-gas system composed of an IEEE RTS79 power grid and a 14-node gas network is taken as a numerical example,and results verify the feasibility of the proposed resilience as⁃sessment method.The resilience assessment results can be used to guide planners to make contingency plans under high-impact potential earthquake scenarios and formulate the corresponding resilience improvement method.
