摘  要:针对雷击引起的暂态高频分量易造成高压直流输电线路保护误动作的问题,通过PSCAD软件建立了高压直流输电线路的雷击故障模型。首先分析不同故障情况下的暂态过程,利用小波包算法分解重构得到电压突变量的不同频段瞬时能量信号。然后计算各频段瞬时能量信号的波动指数组成雷击故障特征样本集。最后结合鲸鱼优化算法WOA(whale optimization algorithm)和集成学习(Adaboost.M2)建立WOA-Adaboost.M2模型,并利用雷击故障特征样本集对WOA-Adaboost.M2模型进行训练和测试。仿真结果表明:该方法能在不同故障距离和不同雷电流幅值下准确识别雷击干扰、雷击正极故障、雷击双极故障和普通接地故障,受故障距离、过渡电阻和雷电流幅值等因素影响较小。Aimed at the problem that the transient high-frequency components caused by lightning strike can easily cause the protection of high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission lines to malfunction,software PSCAD is used to establish a lightning strike fault model of HVDC transmission lines,and the transient processes under different fault conditions are analyzed.The wavelet packet algorithm is used in decomposition and reconstruction,thus obtaining the instantaneous energy signals in different frequency bands of the voltage mutation.Then,the volatility index of instanta⁃neous energy signal in each frequency band is calculated to form a lightning strike fault feature sample set.By combin⁃ing the whale optimization algorithm(WOA)and Adaboost.M2,a WOA-Adaboost.M2 model is established,which is further trained and tested with the lightning strike fault feature sample set.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately identify lightning interference,lightning positive-pole fault,lightning bipolar fault and ordinary ground fault under different fault distances and different amplitudes of lightning current,and it is less affected by fac⁃tors such as fault distance,transition resistance,or lightning current amplitude.
