摘  要:在紫外光照射下通过2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮引发十八烯中双键与巯基聚倍半硅氧烷(SH-POSS)中巯基的硫醇-烯点击反应,同时利用三聚氰胺泡沫骨架表面丰富的碳氮双键、碳碳双键与SH-POSS中巯基进行迈克尔加成反应,可将SH-POSS和十八烯接枝到三聚氰胺泡沫表面。表征了改性三聚氰胺泡沫的表面形貌,考察了SH-POSS的较佳用量和材料的性能。结果表明,SH-POSS和十八烯成功接枝到了三聚氰胺泡沫表面,SH-POSS的较佳用量为2%,此时材料具有超疏水性能、良好的吸油性能、环境稳定性和回弹性,在油水分离领域有广阔的应用前景。Thiol-ene click reaction between double bonds in octadecene and mercapto groups in mercaptopolysilsesquioxane (SH-POSS) initiated by 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone under UV irradiation. Meanwhile the abundant carbon-nitrogen double bonds and carbon-carbon double bonds on the skeleton surface by Michael addition reaction with sulfhydryl groups in SH-POSS, and SH-POSS and octadecene can be grafted onto the surface of melamine foam. The surface morphology of the modified melamine foam was characterized, and the optimum amount of SH-POSS and the properties of the materials were investigated. The results show that SH-POSS and octadecene are successfully grafted onto the surface of melamine foam, and the optimal amount of SH-POSS is 2%. At this time, the material has superhydrophobicity, good oil absorption, environmental stability and resilience, it has broad application prospects in the field of oil-water separation.
