摘　　要：以 α , ω - 二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,二甲基硅油为增塑剂,重质碳酸钙和气相法二氧化硅为补强填料,添加交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、扩链剂等制得有机硅密封胶,考察了交联剂和硅烷偶联剂种类、扩链剂用量对有机硅密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,较佳的交联剂为苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,较佳的硅烷偶联剂为3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,扩链剂的较佳用量为20%,此时有机硅密封胶的表干时间为82 min,邵尔A硬度为4度,拉伸强度为0.38 MPa,拉断伸长率为1278%,100%定伸模量为 0.06 MPa ,弹性恢复率为99.2%,可作为低模量有机硅密封胶使用。The silicone sealant was prepared with α,ω -dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer, polydimethylsiloxane oil as the plasticizer, heavy calcium carbonate and fumed silica as the reinforcing filler, adding crosslinking agent, silane coupling agent, and chain extender. The effects of the types of crosslinking agent and silane coupling agent, and the amount of chain extender on the performance of the silicone sealant were investigated. The results show that the preferred crosslinking agent is phenyltributanone oximosilane, the preferred silane coupling agent is 3-isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane, and the preferred amount of chain extender is 20%. The tack-free time of the silicone sealant is 82 min, Shore A hardness is 4, the tensile strength is 0.38 MPa, the elongation at break is 1278%, 100% constant elongation modulus is 0.06 MPa , the elastic recovery rate is 99.2%, and it can be used as a low-modulus silicone sealant.
