摘  要:首先采用侧链含氢硅油与烯丙基环氧基醚经硅氢加成反应制得环氧基聚硅氧烷,再将其与N,N-二甲基十二烷基胺反应,合成了3种季铵基改性聚硅氧烷(QPS1~3),将其作为整理剂用于棉织物时,能在棉织物表面形成一层均匀、平滑的聚硅氧烷薄膜。QPS1~3均能提高棉织物的柔软性、弹性和抗菌性能。其中,QPS1的整理效果较佳,经其整理后棉织物的静态吸水时间为1.73 s,水洗20次后对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率在95%以上。Epoxy polysiloxane was first prepared by hydrosilylation of side chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil and allyl epoxy ether,and then reacted with N,N-dimethyldodecylamine to synthesize three types of quaternary ammonium-modified polysiloxanes(QPS1~3).When the synthesized QPS1~3 were used as finishing agents for cotton fabrics,they could form a uniform and smooth polysiloxane film on the surface of cotton fabrics.QPS1~3 can improve the softness,elasticity and antibacterial properties of cotton fabrics.Among them,QPS1 has a better finishing effect,the finished cotton fabric has the static water absorption time of 1.73 s,and the bacteriostatic rate to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli can still reach more than 95%after 20 times washing.
